Luca Porfido
Luca Porfido is a young musician, who at the age of 12 starts playing the guitar, initially at the music school in Rubiera (RE), then moving on to the Lizard Academy based in Fiesole (FI) where he deepens the study of the staff.
Subsequently he began his studies at the PMI-Professional Music Institute of Reggio Emilia with teacher Michele Bianchi.
In 2017 he decided to continue his guitar training by taking a private course with teacher Luca Colombo in his Parma studio, which he is still attending.
Collaboration with Steve Tommasi's Essetpicks begins in February 2017.
In 2014 he opened the concert of “Studio 3” in Reggio Emilia performing live in acoustic.
In 2015, the concert of “I RIO” opened in Bibbiano (RE).
In the same year, he was invited to the television program “A Ghè Barbi Show”, a program conducted by Andrea Barbi on the TRC channel (Modena) where he performed acoustically.
Also in 2015 he participated with the DejaBlues band at the FIM - International Music Fair of Genoa. In 2016 he participated in the "Gran Gala della Musica" competition with the DejaBlues band, winning the prize as "best new proposal".
Currently collaborating as a guitarist on several musical projects.
